Business Case for a Business Rates

Oxford City Council is seeking to appoint a consultant to develop a business case in two stages to make the case to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government for the creation of a business rates retention scheme for Oxford’s West End. Awarded Supplier is required to complete full scope of both stages The project will be split into two stages: Stage 1 – Outline Business Case Stage 2 – Full Business Case or Investment Plan.
