GSMD Cyclical Works 2026 - 2027

The City of London Corporation (the City) invited Tenders for a single‑supplier framework for the provision of a principal contractor to deliver years 2 - 5 of the five‑year cyclical works programme (CWP) for the Guildhall School of Music & Drama (GSMD). This notice relates to the call-off contract for the Year 2 works under the framework, which include refurbishment of the reception area and other localised condition and layout improvements.
