Urgent contract required for Capital Drainage Works at Noah's Ark Lane, Lindfield, West Sussex following related works to be carried out by the Environment Agency. An exemption from putting this contract out to competition was granted by Mid Sussex District Council (in accordance with S6.3(a) of the Procurement Code of the Council) on grounds of urgency due to the programme of subsequent required works by the EA.
