FYY - Maintenance Service Contract - Integra for Cusa Clarity

This transparency notice relates to the provision of specialist maintenance and technical support services for the Trust's CUSA Clarity ultrasonic surgical aspirator system and associated handpieces. The scope includes preventative maintenance, repair services, software support and access to manufacturer-approved parts to maintain equipment safety, functionality and clinical readiness within Neuro Theatres. All of which need to be carried out by the OEM supplier for technicality, compliance and know/how reasons.
