Tactical Advisor Out Of Hours Service

The Supplier shall provide advisory Emergency Planning, Resilience and Business Continuity services to the Customer in accordance with: (a) the Civil Contingencies Act 2004 and associated guidance; (b) applicable national frameworks and standards; (c) the Service Specification in Appendix A; and (d) Best Industry Practice.
