The glass at Number One Riverside that is to be replaced is specialist and ordered from Italy. We have sought quotes and companies to complete the work and have agreement from the insurance company that they will reimburse Rochdale Council when the works has been completed. Unable to secure alternate quotes due to specialist nature of works.
