Better Futures Fund Digital Discovery and Alpha

DCMS requires a delivery partner for the combined Discovery/Alpha phases of a digital service that will support the Better Futures (Grant) Fund by securely collecting and storing data from the fund. The main purpose is to support grant management by tracking outcomes delivered by grant funded projects.
