Better Queensway - Housing Design

A feasibility study is required for a new design for phases 1 and 2 of the housing development. Some carefully scoped follow up work is essential to finalise the design, specifically to look at building heights to increase numbers of dwellings in phases 1 and 2 of the development and to undertake some more in-depth analysis of the existing conditions of Quantock Tower to support an option to refit.
