Interim Service Charge Management Solution

The provision, implementation and licensing of the Service Charge Hub as an interim service charge management solution. The solution will enable Platform Housing Group to manage property hierarchy changes, maintain apportionment groups and rules, load and analyse costs, calculate customer service charges, and generate the required rent review output for the 2027/28 charging cycle, including variances between current and proposed charges.
