The training is required to strengthen GBS capability across the Shared Services Capability Team. It provides industry-recognised accreditation and practical knowledge relevant to HR, Finance, Commercial and service management. This will help ensure the team is prepared to support existing services, the procurement of new services and the transition to transformed shared services.
