Support to DHS transition HR workstream - phase 1

HR Specialist to establish the people foundations for the new Defence Housing Service (DHS) as a Non-Departmental Public Body, through developing a HR framework and two coherent employment models: one for c.500 employees transferring from MOD under TUPE, preserving existing contractual terms and conditions; and one for new DHS employees, capable of supporting future growth to 1,000+ people.
