1. Delivery to various HO sites of inbound mail from customers and their representatives. 2. Provision of PO Boxes to facilitate streaming of inbound mail to appropriate teams/locations. 3. Collection and despatch from various HO locations, of customer bound letters, notifications and documents via Special Delivery, First Class- dependent on the operational requirements/need of each HO site/function, and customer choice/payment. 4. Collection of letters for delivery by Air Mail to International customers.
