Rochdale Borough Council (RBC) in partnership with Rochdale Boroughwide Housing (RBH) are seeking to test the market on a proposed residential study in Heywood's Town Centre, following completion of a RIBA 1 feasibility study undertaken by appointed Architects Buttress.
