Digbeth High Street - Appointment of Project Monitoring Surveyor

WMCA requires Project Monitoring representation on the construction of the Digbeth High St. Development. To Review the Progress, Insurances, Cashflow, Programme, Procurement, Costs and Design Documents etc. WMCA requires interim reports and to review the utilisation application from the applicant. Verify expenditure and track variations, to provide a recommendation to the WMCA for drawdown and confirming the applicant has met milestones the terms of the Funding Agreement.
