Lift Installation, Maintenance and Servicing

To provide a single supplier to install, maintain and service all lifting equipment owned or operated by Greatwell Homes (including but not limited to Passenger, Stair Lift, Through floor lift, Hoist and Raised platform). There must be an on call provision with a maximum 2 hour response time and ensuring lifts are only out of action for a maximum of 8 hours.
