Healthy Hearts and Building Foundations

Saints Community Development Foundation will deliver two programmes under one contract for 2026/27. Healthy Hearts delivers six weekly one-hour heart health education sessions in 20 primary schools to Year 5 pupils, targeting schools with the highest NCMP overweight and obesity levels.
