Provision of UKCSI Data & Discovery Roadmap Membership

The requirement is for a three-year Institute of Customer Service (ICS) Discovery Roadmap Membership, together with bespoke UK Customer Satisfaction Index (UKCSI) analysis provided twice yearly (January and July).
