Shared Lives Services within Buckinghamshire

Buckinghamshire Council intends to commission a Shared Lives Service that promotes independence, choice and community inclusion for adults with eligible care and support needs, while supporting the continued growth and development of the service to meet current and future demand across Buckinghamshire.
