Microsoft 365, Copilot and Oracle Digital Skills and Adoption Support

Programme of Microsoft 365, Copilot and Oracle adoption support for Swansea Council. The priority is the development of the Copilot Agents the Council has identified, together with the internal capability for staff to build and maintain them. The programme also covers wider Microsoft 365 and Copilot adoption, support for the Council's SharePoint development, Oracle user support, a Digital Champions Network, and Microsoft 365 training for newly elected councillors following the Welsh local government elections
