Biddick Hall Pride in Place Plan

South Tyneside Council are seeking a Provider to provide a regeneration plan for Biddick Hall. The purpose of this work is to use intelligence already gathered to pull together a 10 year Regeneration Plan for the Biddick Hall Neighbourhood Board to submit this to Government by its deadline of 30th November 2026.
