JHG - Tower Scaffolding Contract - North Region

This service is currently managed by a single contractor throughout the North region. It is our intention to procure the same. The initial contract is for two years with an option to extend it for a further two years on a year-by-year basis. The group has approx. 37,500 properties across all regions, but this contract will serve circa 8,000 properties within the Chorley and surrounding areas.
