THV Galatea Anchor Capstan replacement

Anchor capstan replaced on THV Galatea. The Capstan it replaced has been sent to SMS Avonmouth for overhaul. The extent of damage to the capstan has resulted in it being not economically viable for overhaul and a new capstan required to be the vessel spare.
