Flooring Supply & Fit - Housing

Leeds Building Services (LBS) are responsible for the delivery of Flooring Supply & Fit across Leeds. The Council intends to appoint one contractor to each lot. A supplier may bid for one or both lots; however, the Council reserves the right to determine the final award strategy based on the outcome of the procurement.
