Seabrook Primary School Mobile Replacement

The contract scope comprises of demolition of old dilapidated mobile unit and replacing it with a new building to provide like for like replacement to provide 2nr classrooms, WCs and ancillary spaces, including a log cabin to replace lost spaces.The project scope also includes the contractor supplying temporary accommodation for 1nr classroom space for the duration of construction phase and removal at the end of project.
