Reward Strategy & Pay Philosophy

The requirement is for consultancy services to review and enhance the PPF’s reward framework. This will include assessment and redesign of the pay structure, bonus scheme and benefits offering, with the aim of delivering a modern, flexible and sustainable reward strategy that supports the organisation’s wider people objectives.
