UK7 - Contract Details Notice - NE - Contract - Northumbria - Turnaround Tools Counselling Service

The provision would seek to address emotional and psychological needs amongst the community cohort that cannot be addressed through existing PWB provisions, but do not qualify for OPD/MHTR services. The service will provide trauma‑informed counselling to address emotional distress and adversity that are known drivers of poor engagement and non‑compliance, rather than delivering offence‑focused or clinically led psychological treatment.
