Road Condition Monitoring Contract

Kent County Council has procured a supplier to undertake Road Condition Monitoring (RCM) surveys in accordance with PAS 2161 and SCRIM surveys in accordance with BS 7941-1, and to provide all associated survey data and outputs to the Council.
