Mentoring for Care Leavers

Newcastle City Council are seeking a Provider to deliver Mentoring Services to Young People and Young Adults who are care leavers within Newcastle City Council. This is a unique opportunity to work with the Council to design and deliver a pilot service across the city, for a period of up to 18-months, to meet the Council's aim of providing a consistent approach to supporting our care leavers. The Council requires a service that can be delivered within an annual budget of £50,000.
