The intention of this Contract Details notice is to inform the market that Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board are entering into a contract for the Provision of analytical services to process and prepare data for quarterly data flows for Population Segmentation project as part of CTM Population Health Management Programme (replacement for service previously provided by Sollis Ltd). This contract has now formally been awarded.
