Warrington Supported Housing Needs Assessment

Delivery of a comprehensive Supported Housing Needs Assessment (SHNA) alongside the development of a Local Supported Housing Strategy (LSHS). This commission supports the Council in meeting its statutory duties under the Supported Housing (Regulatory Oversight) Act 2023, which requires local authorities to assess supported housing need and publish a Local Supported Housing Strategy by 31 March 2027.
