ESFM: FM - HVAC Maintenance Services for UKMIs and NY BCG

Pierpont is the mandated HVAC maintenance company for the building. The building management does not allow other companies to provide this service in the building. Due to building management and lease arrangements, tenant organisations are required to use the designated provider and are not permitted to engage alternative contractors to service HVAC systems within the building.
