Provision of an Emotional Health and Wellbeing Service for Halton Family Hubs

This provision will provide a multi-disciplinary model and team to provide specialist early intervention support for families and address the system gap. The (EWB) MDT offers interventions from targeted one to one support, through to group sessions and universal interventions. Support, guidance and training is also available for partners/wider professionals across the system.
