ERYC Rollback Policy

The scope is to undertake a review of Policy ENV6 and associated sections within ERYC’s current Local Plan with the aim of supporting greater numbers of residents and businesses to successfully roll back their assets. This would include identifying challenges and opportunities within the existing policy, and the development of recommendations for a new draft policy and guidance for the ongoing Local Plan review.
