DHSC: ASC: International Comparators Research for The Casey Commission

To understand how other countries provide support to the two populations catered for by the English social care system: working age disabled adults and older adults. The study would look beyond how social care systems function in isolation to instead understand the full landscape of support accessible to people within these two groups who are in receipt of social care in a number of countries.
