Damp Survey, Investigation and Waterproofing Services

The Council has awarded a contract to Essex & Anglia Preservation Ltd for the provision of specialist damp diagnosis, surveying and waterproofing services across the Council's housing stock. The appointment has been made due to exceptional operational circumstances and the need to maintain continuity of service.
