Strategic consultancy services to support stock investment and asset management services in Housing

"The contract appoints Lumensol Limited to provide strategic consultancy support to the Housing Directorate's Quality and Investment (Q&I) service. The consultancy covers three workstreams: a review of the major works capital programme; specialist procurement support to clear the housing procurement backlog; and an extension of the Interim Director of Quality & Investment role to provide leadership, improve capital programme delivery, strengthen asset management, and support regulatory compliance."
