Neighbourhood Health initiative - Manchester Foundation Trust

Manchester FT were commissioned to conduct work on what is a key component of the Neighbourhood Health initiative, synthesising the different strands of work that has been done on UEC strategy to date and turning it into an impactful story that has clear considerations for different groups of the population and their distinctive needs, as well as settings of care.
