Package 2 - WC Refurbishments: Following the feedback provided, it has been agreed to split the packages into 2 smaller projects based on location. Due to the timescales of the projects these will be sent out to tender at the same time. If one contractor is successful for both projects, we will discuss capacity and resource with them.
