The design, construction, completion and defects rectification of 1 no. Commercial Unit (shell only) and 4 no. Houses, including all associated external works and services split across two sites at Eastern Avenue and Cassley Road, Speke, Liverpool in accordance with the conditions of the JCT Design and Build Contract (2016 edition as amended - JV North amendments).
