GMCA 1797 Project Slate - Business Case Support

Provision of consultancy services to support GMCA's case to government for Project Slate. Provide specialist and direct engagement support. Support is required on developing the Business Case and building the support for the project locally and nationally (including the right government sponsor) to secure agreement. Route to Market = Exemption (sole supplier and value for money) in line with the PA23 regulations and constitution.
