Low Level Support Services - HSG Tender Torfaen

The service will be a housing related support service that offers practical advice and support to adults with low level housing support needs. The service will adopt early intervention approaches and promote initiatives to support people who are struggling with issues linked to sustainment of accommodation and will support vulnerable people to achieve as independent living as possible within their community.
