Feasibility Study on Future Delivery Models for Housing Repairs and Maintenance

To deliver a feasibility study to assess the viability of different delivery models for the Council's repairs and maintenance service to its social housing stock (c. 20,000 domestic units with a combined revenue and capital spend of c.£68m currently) post March 2030.
