Provision of Housing Related Support within Ty Annog

The service will provide 24/7 housing related support to young people, aged 16 – 25 years old. The service will provide: • Housing related support to enable young people to develop the skills to live independently, achieve their outcomes and move on into their own home within the community • A safe, empowering environment for young people to gain the skills and confidence needed for the transition into independent living
