To approve the use of Preston Grasshoppers, St Catherines Hospice (The Mill), Holiday Inn Express, Preston South and Blackburn Rovers Ewood Park (Via Sodexo), for venues for The Leading the Way Programme for the period 1st June 2026 until 31st May 2028.
