Open Framework for Emergency Accommodation and Nightly-Let Housing Provision

This Procurement is for an Open Framework as described in Section 49 of the Procurement Act 2023, containing various lots for the provision of Emergency Accommodation and Nightly-Let Housing. It is being run under the open procedure in accordance with the requirements of Sections 19 and 20 of the Procurement Act 2023, which is a formal bidding procedure under which the Open Framework is advertised and all interested organisations or consortia may bid.
