Device Refresh Programme Year 2

Plymouth City Council (PCC), supported by Delt Shared Services, is delivering Year 2 of a structured 5-year End User Device (EUD) refresh programme. This phase will replace 480 ageing devices (346 laptops, 134 PCs) to ensure employees are equipped with secure, modern, and reliable technology aligned to their roles.
