Scoping of Land for new build affordable dwellings in Gwynedd

Cyngor Gwynedd seeks tenders for the provision of scoping land for new build affordable dwellings for Ty Gwynedd Scheme. The works will require the scoping of land to develop new build, affordable dwellings under the Ty Gwynedd scheme. Cyngor Gwynedd are looking for sites to develop a maximum of 15 units, or a minimum of 3 units per site.
