WLC Taste Production Kitchen

The Taste Production Kitchen at Hammersmith College is a training kitchen for students and the production kitchen for the adjacent Taste Restaurant. The main cooking island is dated and runs primarily on gas. As part of the colleges sustainability drive and to increase and upgrade facilities for students, the island unit is to be replaced.
