Calling off from C425727 Research: Social Science Call-Off. Using the call-off process the FSA commissioned a social science research project aligned with FSA’s Area of Research Interest ‘What are the drivers of poor food hygiene behaviours in households and food businesses, and how can food safety knowledge be best translated into safer practices?’ and FSA’s Corporate Priority ‘Risk Analysis informed by evidence’.
