Oxfordshire County Council would like to carry out the Scanner survey on our A,B,C road network. We require our Principal (A) Classified Roads and Non-Principal (B,C) Classified Roads, to be surveyed in one direction one year and opposite direction the following year. To give 100% coverage of the network, in both directions, over two years, on alternating CL1 and CR1 for each year
